  The garden office that Aaron is building for us is only on day 5 of work, but so far the work has been outstanding. The calibre of work and materials is of a quality I have never experienced from a tradesman before. He checks each stage with us and even offers real creative solutions that I don’t believe another work man would offer. He thinks outside the box and I can’t wait to post a photo of the completed work.

• Started well but ended badly

  Went well in the first week but it seemed he started to be concerned about running out of materials and said we'd need to pay for more which we objected to as we had a contract and the volume of materials was his decision (been left with extra so he was wrong anyway) This resulted in him shouting at us on our doorstep. Project still required a couple of days work at this point. After payment he came back to fix loose slabs and started shouting at us again over a damaged sleeper he said he'd replace but refused to Attempted to intimidate us. Unacceptable. Couple slabs still loose and 1 cracked

  Aaron has just completed building us a Pergola in our small back garden. His work was meticulous and of a very high standard. He discussed each stage and was more than willing to answer any of our questions. He was excellent so much so we have commissioned more work from him. Plus he has a lovely nature, good sense of humour. What more could you ask for?
