    Took between 15-20 minutes - Paul was available on the same day I called. Professional, efficient and super informative about the whole process.

    EPC Evaluation and Certificates Issued

    Great communication beforehand and was on time to start, extremely organised and very sincere. I would 100% use Paul again. He was recommended to me by my sister and I'm now going to recommend him to all landlords I know. Take my word for it, give him a call or text and see for yourself.

    EPC Certificates on 25 properties and our new contractor

    Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough. Professional, friendly, genuine. Paul is such a lovely guy, so knowledgeable and helpful. Paul carried out our EPC's for 25 properties and EDJ Services are our new contractors on the back of their professionalism and we have highly recommended to our partner co-ops
