  Excellent, careful, reliable, high quality

  Ermir and his brother were a godsend! They responded really quickly, came and provided an assessment and gave me a good price to do a tricky job, laying some rustic pavers in our back garden. We had had a bad experience with one set of builders who made a complete mess of the work. Ermir cleared up after the aborted job, worked hard to redo the paving, left everything tidy and checked in regularly about the progress of the job. They were efficient and completed the work to a really high standard. They clearly take pride in what they are doing. I can’t recommend them highly enough

  We were delighted with Ermir's work from start to finish. He was very quick to respond to my first enquiry, to advise on the best approach and to supply an estimate based on the photos I sent. The job was scheduled in for the following week. Ermir and his colleague arrived on time, and were courteous and professional. The repointing looks excellent - as the tiles are rustic and uneven with wide joints, it was not an easy job and took more resin filler than expected. I offered to pay for the extra but Ermir would not accept it. They cleared up and left everything spotless. Highly recommended.

  Ermir and his team were excellent to work with - he was collaborative on the initial design, giving advice and suggestions on materials and layout. They team were prompt to start, went above and beyond in terms of timing and quality of the work, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
