  Roof fix after storm damage

Chris came out to quote when he said he would and kept in regular contact throughout the job. We needed scaffolding which he arranged. The repair took a little time due to having to order specific items and weather conditions but the work was completed without hassle and the team was very polite. Poor scaffolder even cut my hedge back to get the tower put up!

Excellent lime mortar pointing of Victorian house.

This is the second job Chris and his team have done for us. Excellent clear communications throughout. Chris understands how to work with historic buildings and the use of lime mortars- a rare skill set which marks him apart. Chris went the extra mile to resolve a chimney problem outside the origional brief. The pointing dall done well to a high standard.

New attic window installed to first class workmanship

We had approached several Roofers and Builders over the past 12 - 18 months to fit a new attic window in our Son's attic bedroom but no one was able to undertake the work or even get back with a quote . I then contacted Edward Anthony as been recommended by a friend and they came round within a few days to look at the job , quoted an acceptable rate to what we were expecting . Work was done within a couple of days of scaffolding being erected , they cleaned up and did a first class job including replacing some missing slates surrounding the window at virtually no extra cost .

Block of privately owned flats maintenance works

We have been using the Company off and on since 2007. They have worked on various projects for us over the years, i.e. complete flat roof renewal of main residential block of flats, repointing works of the whole building, renewal of garage roofs and various other building maintenance works. They have always carried out the works in an efficient manner and we have never needed to call them back to renew the works they have completed.
