  Fire alarm system fault-finding and fix

  It took a few visits, but the guy from Edwards knew his way around our Fike fire alarm system very well. He knew a lot more than our previous contract engineer, who had caused the problem and didn’t know how to resolve it. Edwards were always on time, polite, thorough and clear about what our options are and what they would cost.

  Spotlight Installation

  We required installation of spotlights in our property. Greta and Rian were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both were professional and responsive to our queries, and it's clear that Rian is a subject matter expert in his field and really enjoys his work. We were given a quote that was specific to our needs at a much lower cost to be undertaken compared to estimates and prices received from other companies. Edwards EFS puts the customer first by giving honest appraisals with a key emphasis on value. X 18 spotlights / x 4 dimmer switches were installed in 7 hours. Great Service!

  Friendly and knowledgeable. Clearly enjoys his job and knows his stuff. Fixed our problem easily and made some additional recommendations about other options for our new house. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.

  Installed Ring alarm system and did some electrical work, light fittings etc.

  Rian is excellent. Talks a lot but really knows his stuff. Has real integrity, really honest with the work, charges and advice. I will not be using any other electricians now as long as Rian is available. He even managed to save me a lot of hassle with an EV charger install that he wasn’t even doing - he advised/helped the actual installer to do things the right way. Brilliant! Greta was great in organising everything. This is a great company!!

  Alarm maintenance

  Rian did some maintenance on the alarm that he previously installed for me. Very pleasant guy to have around, excellent communication, and very knowledgeable about what he does. Highly recommended.
