Fitted ring alarm doorbell
Friendly and knowledgeable. Clearly enjoys his job and knows his stuff. Fixed our problem easily and made some additional recommendations about other options for our new house. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.
Installed Ring alarm system and did some electrical work, light fittings etc.
Rian is excellent. Talks a lot but really knows his stuff. Has real integrity, really honest with the work, charges and advice. I will not be using any other electricians now as long as Rian is available. He even managed to save me a lot of hassle with an EV charger install that he wasn’t even doing - he advised/helped the actual installer to do things the right way. Brilliant! Greta was great in organising everything. This is a great company!!
Alarm maintenance
Rian did some maintenance on the alarm that he previously installed for me. Very pleasant guy to have around, excellent communication, and very knowledgeable about what he does. Highly recommended.
7 External Cameras and Fantastic Wifi upgrade
Excellent knowledge and experience, Ryan and his team, were very detailed, efficient and good value when they fitted the cameras. Not a single issue in the 10 months since the upgrade. Highly recommended. While they were they recommend a couple of simple improvements at a minimal cost that increased the reach of our Wifi by about 35% around all areas of the house and garden!!
To sort out our poorly installed alarm by a different company
Wished we had found Edwards Security a couple of years ago and had them install our alarm in the first place , as it would have saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. Ryan recommissioned our alarm, including changing a number of components that the previous company stitched us up with. He was very responsive and knows his stuff : would highly recommend
CCTV, external lighting, alarm takeover
An excellent installation. Very professional, with thoughtful advice and recommendations before and during the installation, on the positioning and type of lighting, cameras, alarm bell etc. A very neat installation with cabling hidden where possible. Good value.
