Lack of communication
Contacted through check a trade site and own web site did not reply to any message not going to get business by not communicating with customers or potential customers. If unavailable at least have decency to let customer know

Smoke and CO2 detectors installed throughout our home.
Keith gave us a expert advice to ensure our home would be compliant for the new smoke and CO2 detectors. The detectors were installed with great care taken to avoid any unsightly wiring. Throughout the job we were advised of the most appropriate siting of the alarms. All mess was tidied up and Keith carried out a demonstration on how each alarm can be regularly tested. A trusted and skillful tradesman, Keith is a credit to his orofession and a thoroughly decent man to work with. I've regularly recommended Keith to friends and family.

Fitted a new electric shower
Keith was extremely helpful where a price was agreed and an appointment which was prompt as understood the urgency. Once arrive and carried out the work was pleasant to talk to and did the fitting within a short space of time leaving a great finish. Keith followed up to check everything was in order. Great job and amazing service.

Find electric fault in my home which was causing my power to trip, and repair the fault
I was given Keith’s number by a good friend and he text me straight back with suggestions and advice before coming round within an hour or two of me contacting him. He explained everything he was doing clearly and what had caused the issue, also how he would fix it. I’m very happy with the work and have a few electrical jobs already lined up that I will be getting him back to do. Great service!

Re wiring outside Jacuzzi. Lifted decking and fitted new outdoor cabling then relay decking.
Unbelievably great service. I called Keith and described the work I needed done. He came around the same day as he had space to come and quoted and measured everything required. Keith then came and nothing was a bother. He done everything and more. He ended up lifting the decking boards to re wire the cable as we moved a jacuzzi in the garden and then tidied all the decking and made a perfect job. Wouldn’t ask any other electrician brilliant job and service.
