Edward replied promptly to my initial inquiry and visited soon after and provided an estimate for the original work requested. Edward and his team arrived on site on time on the agreed date; additional work was identified and agreed and everything was completed on the day. Edward and his team were pleasant and polite, tidied up before leaving and removed all rubbish. The finished job looks professional and waterproof.
