  Brand new garden 10/10

  Tony stepped in after another builder let us down and did an excellent job. He installed the patio sub-base, soakaway, kitchen ventilation ducting, laid porcelain tiles, replaced fencing and levelled the garden. He also installed the tiling to our new ground floor extension. He was knowledgeable, solved problems easily and communicated daily, including with neighbours. The work was completed quickly, to a high standard and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Tony due to his proactiveness and good work ethic. I had nothing to worry about throughout.

  Delighted with the new shower room and WC. Tasks included damp proofing and plastering, tiling, rewiring, and of course, plumbing, all completed to high standards. Toni is an energetic and helpful project manager. His team of highly skilled tradesmen worked to plan. Minor errors were quickly fixed.

  2 Bedroom Flat Refurbishment

  I chose EE Builders to complete a total refurbishment of a 2 bed flat. Tony and his team worked quickly and professionally and completed the work to a very high standard. They began with a strip out of all the old fittings and floor coverings from the flat. I needed new plumbing throughout the flat and this was done quickly and then pressure tested to ensure it was all secure. All walls and ceilings were stripped and then skimmed with new plaster and new lighting was installed. New kitchen and bathroom were fitted and then the flat was decorated and a new wooden floor installed. Very happy!
