Please carry out thorough checks before using this company.I was promised CERTASS certification and insurance-backed guarantee documents for my windows and doors, but these were not provided despite requests. I understand the business has traded under different company names, including Your Home Solutions (S.E) Ltd, Weathershield Solution, and EE Glazing Ltd. The salesperson I dealt with was John. Same person is registered in certass and same address. My review is based on my personal experience. Please choose wisely.

terrible do not use this company

Literally never had a worse experience! My window still whistles and I have raised an issue about 5 times and never resolved

Not up to a professional standard. One part was damaged during fitting , I ‘ve sent photos and I was told someone will pop around a week later with a replacement. After waiting for the 3 hours allocated time , that someone arrived much later than expected WITHOUT the part meaning that a further visit was required causing inconvenience to my working life. A provisional adjustment was made but of course the damage it’s still there . I am yet to hear from the EE glazing with an apology or an apportioned refund for the unsatisfactory service provided, and still waiting for the paperwork!!!
