First class boiler replacement
From first visit through talking through options to installing a new boiler Chris was thoroughly professional and worked cleanly and efficiently to ensure the quality and safety of the new boiler . Old confused pipe work was replaced and every radiator flushed clean one by one. Super workmanship and at a very reasonable price. And every area left spotlessly clean. Will not use any one else in future!

New boiler installation
Boiler installation and smart radiator system installation. Chris is a great professional tradesman. Took time to explain all options and completed works to a super high standard. Would definitely recommend and will continue to be our, go to heating engineer.

Bad Workmanship
Highly recommend if your looking to have sloping radiators installed and when asked to rectify, get attitude and told to find someone else to fix his bad workmanship.

Broken down boiler
Even though Chris was very busy he made time to diagnose, order part and fit within 3 days. Kept me informed of costs, etc. Have used Chris previously and am always very satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

Heating control
Arrived on time. Professional attitude and took time to explain what he was doing and how to operate the new controls. Would call again.

No heating or hot water.
We had have homecare with a different company who diagnosed the need for a system flush. We had wait over a week. We called on Chris and he fairly quickly diagnosed the problem changing some pipework and making sure everything was up and running. We cancelled the different company and tge heating has never worked so well.
