Firstly, Lydia on the phone and emails was lovely and made it very easy for me. She booked an appointment for the next day which was fantastic. Then Ethem, a really nice man, came the next day and immediately identified the fault. He sorted it all out and gave me very useful advice. I was very impressed with his expertise and friendliness.
