    fault finding re fuse box tripping

    Firstly, Lydia on the phone and emails was lovely and made it very easy for me. She booked an appointment for the next day which was fantastic. Then Ethem, a really nice man, came the next day and immediately identified the fault. He sorted it all out and gave me very useful advice. I was very impressed with his expertise and friendliness. I felt very comfortable in his presence. So, overall, I'm very impressed with your service and will certainly use you again. Thank you.
