AVOID!. Initially they seem professional. I ask to make a booking saying I only cannot do Thursday so they book me in for Thursday! I email and they change that. They immediately send me an invoice and a red warning that it has to be paid before the day of the appointment. I pay and soon after they cancel my job as the electrician is now affected by a long term illness. I ask for a refund. They reply saying that it was a copy and paste mistake. Strange as the email has my name and exact appointment date/hour. They say I can have a refund. After many emails and more than a week still no refund
