Initially Jim seemed friendly and helpful. We arranged for him to hang 6 internal doors and he said he would source the doors, hinges and other door furniture for us. He promised to send us photos of the door handles but didn't. He also said he would call the day before he was due to carry out the work, he didn't. He said he would do the job, today, Friday and didn't. He isn't responding to calls and isn't responding to messages. To add insult to injury, we were more than accommodating and let him choose when he wanted to do the job. Have we had a lucky escape!

Take half of our stuff gel skin grave and make it is to an insulated room. Service was outstanding! Jim has so much patience and ensure that every expectation is met. Always time for me as the client and if I changed my mind, nothing was an issue. Very very happy for the work, so reasonable also. Highly recommend Jim!!!!

Jim came across friendly and polite at the start, we asked to get the stairs, panelling and door changes done but throughout the job we noticed he would half finish the work and ask for money at the end of each day without it broke completely done. A lot of the panel had to be re-looked at, it also wasn’t the most even job. The staircase was fit with the wrong rods, and he cancelled coming over 3 times in the space of a week so in the end we are now having to find someone else to finish off the job, which is rather I’d rather disappointing.

Hi Jim, responded very quickly to my request via Checkatrade. He answered all queries very quickly and did a good job. Door operates well and he left the work area very tidy. He will put on my list of trade people !
