Friendly, informative, kept me informed and good value

I first had Gavin come out for repairs on my very old boiler which he fixed no problem. I was needing to get a new boiler but didn’t even know where to start. After some discussions with Gavin he explained all options and really put me at ease. Roll on one week later, Gavin was back and fitted my new boiler, perfect timing for winter. No mess and finished to a very high standard. From start to finish, nothing was a bother. Such a lovely genuine guy, really did go over and above. Even after install, any questions I had, replied promptly. Cannot recommend him enough!

Showed parts hi wasvservicing , didn’t replace anything as has happened in past. Good sharing of information and courteous.

Gavin did an excellent job at servicing my boiler. He was professional, efficient and thorough. He arrived on time and offered advice where needed. I’ll definitely call again for future needs.
