  Didn't turn up for job... Never phoned

  Agreed to come fit a toilet at 10am on Saturday. Agreed price, all good. Phoned at 11am as no one had turned up.... Turns out Eugene the owner was in a family party and couldn't wait to get rid of me off the phone... He said he'd phone his other staff for an update as they were coming to do the job.... 10 mins later he hadn't even bothered to message me back with an answer.... I had no option but to cancel the job as Eugene apparantly didn't give a flying banana about our appointment and seems had no intention of coming... Avoid this company like the plague...unprofessional

  Repair to shower

  Initial impression was favourable. They responded promptly and quoted to replace faulty shower and cubicle. The work was more complicated than initially thought, which EJB were able to deal with. However the bill presented was more than 4 times the original quote, with the proprietor unable to provide a rationale for this, stating that the cost was calculated per project and not related to the actual hours of work undertaken. We felt that there was a complete lack of transparency. Remedial work was required due to drain being blocked with rubble. We would not use for any further work.

  Interior and exterior wall work

  We had a couple of separate jobs quoted for involving repair a small section of wall outside and installing insualtion within a media wall inside. We were able to have the work carried out quickly and effectively. Even when a couple of issues cropped up there was a solution sought and applied. After each job there was good cleanup. Happy with the work and would recommend.
