6 months ago my partner went out to blocked shower which we put chemicals down to try & solve the issue. But it didn’t work. The shower fitted was nothing to do with the waste. This was existing problem which we tried to solve. The customer contacted me saying the tenant still had a problem with the waste which was the first time I knew about the problem which was still there. I went out & had a look & said the waste pipe will need replacing as it blocked & the water is not running away. I spoke to him & agreed a price to do it. I said I would contact him with a date. But I’ve had a death in my family & have taken time off to deal with this. I’ve haven’t been taking phone calls for this reason. I never said find someone else. I haven’t spoken to the customer since the last time about agreeing the price. As you can understand I’ve got quite a bit of stuff to sort out at this time. I’d be happy to try & sort this situation out.
