He explained what he was going to do clearly and resolved my Aircon leak and did a thorough job of serving and cleaning my indoors and outdoors units. I will be sure to book him for my next service. Had a faulty 20 year old air conditioning unit replaced with a budget one. Pros: Work was to a professional standard. Installation was very neat and tidy. Price was reasonable. Quick installation date given even though it's busy time due to recent heatwave. Cons: Time management was very poor, arrived 3pm, didn't finish until 3am. Total of 12 hours.
