  Exterior wall repair

  We asked Elas construct to repair the wall of our house as the rendering started to come of the wall in a few places. Adrian and his team did an amazing job! They worked fast and were extremely efficient, helpful and professional. It was an absolute joy to see the way they handled the work. They tidied up every day before leaving. If I need any work done in the future I will definitely contact Adrian and have Elas Construct do the work.

  Bathroom and downstairs toilet refurbishment

  Highly recommend. Have had problems in the past with tradesman, but Adrian and his team went above and beyond to get the projects finished to a high standard. Any issues were sorted out and corrected.

  Downstairs loo fitting

  Adrian and his team were fantastic. Incredibly efficient, they turned up when they said they would, got to work straight away, were proactive in discussing unexpected issues, and did an excellent job. Adrian and his team are clearly very knowledgeable and practical in equal measure and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will be using them again for future projects.

  Installing an outdoor tap

  Adrian and his team were great. They ran a new water pipe from our basement to the front of our property to a new outdoor tap. They were efficient and tidy even when it was pouring with rain! Would highly recommend Adrian for any work. He is very responsive and always extremely helpful with explaining everything he is going to be doing.

  Internal repairs to rainwater leaking into the flat via wooden cladding above bay window

  Water got into my flat via the cladding above my bay window. The external work was completed by the managing agent's contractor. However, they failed to do the internal repairs. It took 7 months for the external repairs to be done. I obtained 3 quotes from Checkatrade tradesmen. Two quoted to paint only but Elas Contstruct, who replaced my bathroom last year, also quoted. Adrian realised that the false ceiling was rotten from the leak and the MDF window sill had to be replaced not repaired. The false ceiling was disgusting/rotten. So glad that this was picked up and replaced in full.
