New felt, batten, verges, undercloak and tiles for a customer. The tiles can be seen loaded ready to be tiled in.
The customer had an existing EPDM roof however felt like the heat was being lost, so we stripped back the roof added various insulating methods and finished by constructing and finishing a pitched roof.
New tiles for a side extension, with new felt, batten, lead flashing, undercloack, sofit, facia, verges and guttering.
