Bradley was awesome, prompt at replying, arrived on time, was quick, accurate, efficient and well priced. Would recommend.

Asked Eldon Property Services to paint do some painting, install new handles to internal doors, and change locks and doorstopper on the external door. There was clear communication throughout and Bradley was very responsive, and the team were tidy and would hoover and clean up after themselves and offer useful advice. However, the quality of the work done was not great. There are two scratch marks on newly installed laminate flooring, the doorframes look broken from installing the latches, there are paint run marks on the skirting board and the crack they sealed has already reopened.

Painting job excellent, did two days work over one day. Punctual, reliable and neat. Expensive for two walls and a window. Customer supplied all materials.

The works transformed the flat into looking like new all over again. It was completed to a high specification and the works were carried out in a timely manner with minimal disruption to day to day living. The work was carried out within the original costs quote specified. No corners were cut. All round professional job and full dialogue took place with the workmen throughout to ensure that expectations were met, in fact exceeded. Highly recommended service from a thoroughly satisfied customer.
