Had two LED light fittings go and some extractor fans on their last legs. Messaged Electric11 and they got back to me very quickly to arrange someone to come to see what needs doing and quote. They then completed the work a few days after. I was really impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. I even had a follow-up query on the fans, and Tim came back out and changed the settings for me. James arrived soon after my call for emergency help after my kitchen tubular ceiling light died on me. He tested and diagnosed the fault in the fitting, acquired a replacement, which he then installed confidently and carefully.
