  Online I received good and prompt communication with a reasonable quote on par with others I received. The electricians who came round were professional and polite. Explained work needed and gave options and didn’t try to upsell excessive/unnecessary work. The work was done in a short time frame with minimal disruption and I was kept in the loop. Will happily use again in the future and will recommend to others.

  wiring from main electrical intake room to church building

  A complicated job as the installation had to go over and around a number of obstacle's, then laid under roadway and across to the grade 2 listed church. being grade 2 listed they had to ensure that the work complied with the historical church regulations. Daily liaison between the contractors and church site manager ensured that the work was carried out to the clients satisfaction. The contractors were very professional in their work and ensured that the client was kept up to date as the work progressed which made it very easy for the church management. Highly recommended.

  The work was carried out effectively, and efficiently. There was quite an amount of work linked to part of a public building refurbishment. A new incomer was also installed. The electricians were friendly, and left no mess. They always arrived on time, and were 100% reliable. Communication with the office was excellent. Highly recommended.

  EICR and follow-up work

  I received excellent service right from my first contact with the office, through to the initial EICR inspection and the subsequent visit to complete the follow-up work. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the work was extremely thorough. The electrician who undertook the initial work explained exactly what he was doing and why certain things failed the checks. As I was so happy with how the EICR was done, I had no hesitation in booking the same company to do the follow up work, which was an equally positive experience. I am very happy to recommend Electric4U.
