Smart meter installation was cut short when engineer informed us of wiring issues in kitchen (reverse polarity). Advised us not to use wall sockets due to risk of electrocution. Rang local plumbers to request immediate call out and was given some minimum charges just for attending. Kenny advised us he could come that day and advised us of his hourly charge which is very competitive and that there was no call out charge. Identified the issue and sorted all sockets in just over an hour and charged only what he had stated was his hourly rate. Very pleased with service, would use again.

Absolutely first class service - came at very short notice. Advised what work needed done and then carried it out extremely efficiently. Made sure that all sections of the oven were working properly and then cleared up and made things tidy before leaving. Have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

EDS completed the work in a timely and professional manner, and at the price quoted. They also offered a competitive no commitment quote on another job which I had suggested we were considering having done, and following this level of service will no doubt proceed with. I would add that I have no problem at all in recommending their services.
