• Electrical fault finding in 1950s property

  Two hours spent trying to trace the fault without success meant I still paid up without my fault being fixed. Additional fixtures were fixed and also paid for. The two workmen that came were courteous but this fault appears to have been beyond their capabilities. I think even though the work was not fixed and the fault remains, I might still recommend them for some new type work but sadly not anything electrical over a few years old if I’m being honest as they didn’t appear to be as experienced.

• Isolator Switch outside house

  Elliot is very polite and personable. He arranged for one of his team to arrive the same day and mid-afternoon Che arrived to look at the job. He left to get the relevant kit and returned late afternoon. He worked extremely hard into the mid-evening to complete the task. Che is a super nice guy and even assisted with a different electrical query in the house. The work was carried out competently and neatly with a great finish. I would recommend Electrical Designs.

• House rewiring

  Awarded house full rewiring job due to good reviews. Won't be using next time because of following reasons: -Elliott never returned my house keys. I ended up changing the locks (costing £80) -Didn't finish garden spot light. Promised to come week after but never did (had no incentive because I cleared all invoices) - his guys forgot to install one double socket which was agreed but charged for it. - Elliott is quick to send invoices and starts chasing immediately - Uses subcontractors

• Outside garden lights

  I have wired garden lights which stopped working. Eliot and his men had quite a puzzle to solve to identify the origin of the problem and solve it. They are all super nice and polite and would definitely use them again.
