Faulty shower
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob from Empro plumbing to fix my shower, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The customer service team was friendly and accommodating, scheduling my appointment quickly and at a convenient time. The technician arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my shower immediately and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.

Boiler fault
Was through our insurance company but when company eventually came out after being without hot water and heating in December for over a week, they diagnosed a new pump was needed. It was fitted a few days later it stopped working within 10 mins of them leaving and they wouldn't come back as we're out of the area. Attended again 2 days later and said problem was something else and pump shouldn’t have been fitted but then told insurance company something different. Insurance company believed them and as our word against them and of course want us to pay the bill so they aren't out of pocket
