First, he was supposed to finish first fit in a week, it took him and his mate about 3 weeks.
When he didn't show up didn't let us know he couldn't come.
When we reduced the number of spotlights in living room the price didn't change but if we increased them in bathrooms, he wanted to charge us.
He left some things from first fix undone.
I have told him a date for second fix and because I didn't confirm it later, he didn't show up. When asked when would he be able do do it, he never replied. We had to look for another electrician and he says first fix is a mess.
He doesn't reply messages

Thankyou for the feed back, the first fix took longer due to van issues out of my control as explained, plus the fact you were changing your mind throughout the first fix stage meaning on multiple occasions having to un do work in which we’ve already finished and re do it,
The drawing as you specified was not for the amount of spotlights but was to show the pattern in which you wanted them,
There was nothing left from first fix as you paid the invoice upon completion with no complaints, complaints only came when you didn’t confirm a date for 2nd fix which is somehow our fault ?
