  1930s property being upgraded to latest utility regulations prior to selling 2025.Old consumer units replaced under stairwell and full property inspected,tested and corrected as per the regulations. Adam identified,planned and executed all the improvements in a safe and timely manner.All work then retested to verify the correct electrical measurements compiled within the expected parameters of the certification standards.Professional approach and gratefully appreciated.
