  Major electrical cables chased in to an interior wall

  This is the second time I’ve used Electric City, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anybody else to carry out all manner of electrical work in my home. Superb company, incredibly professional- nothing is too much trouble for them. Darren was fantastic as always, very courteous and carried out the works in less than two hours. Much quicker than I anticipated. He even left the house cleaner than when he started! I can’t recommend John and his team highly enough. Top marks all round. Many thanks, and I’ll be in touch again soon as I’m working through the renovations in my home.

  Various electrical items - business

  I have always found Electric City to be professional, courteous, clear and effective in problem solving. There are no concerns as to knowledge and skills in relation to the team members of this company. Tidy, prompt, efficient - all round, a good company from top to bottom.

  Remedial Works to a Fixed Electrical Condition Report

  I have used Electric City now for over 7 years, they are prompt, honest and do a very good job. They are very knowledgeable yet make it easy for someone who isn't an electrician to understand what they mean and are suggesting. The particular job I am referencing involved a lot of remedial works after a full survey which was made more complicated by the building being listed. Works were carried out on budget and with respect to the fabric of the building.

  Electric heating installed in two of our properties

  John and his team have previously installed alarms on four properties and two had their heating replaced last year. They have done work on our home. They are reliable, hard working and do not leave until the job is finished and the place tidy.

  Complex rewiring in a restoration of a Grade II listed building. Only surface wiring and under floors was allowed by Conservation so the electricians had to be very creative about how to limit intrusion into the fabric of the building.

  John and his team -including his family members - were great in thinking of solutions to difficulties on site. They were mindful of being sensible to budgetary considerations and unerringly courteous. A pleasure, really, to have around. They were also extremely accommodating to the need for other trades to do their tasks. Although the site is in a city centre and not easily accessible by car, it was not too much trouble for them to pop in and out around the plumber, builder and joiner. We really appreciated their respect for teamwork and for the building. Not an easy job and very well done
