From the first phone call we had with the team, I felt that their customer service was great and I wasn’t disappointed. Communication throughout the job was excellent, especially as we weren’t living in the house or even in the country for some of it. The team were always willing to answer questions, worked within our timescale and ensured our house was clean for when we got back. The team also organised the plastering side for us as we were away to reduce the need for us to liaise with multiple people which was very much appreciated. We are extremely happy with the work and service provided.

Great job at short notice
I decided to undertake a major refurbishment of a property and this included a complete rewire. Electrician2U was recommended by a trusted tradesman. I contacted Anthony at Electrician2U and he came out to carry out a survey straight away. He give me a quote within one day. Once I gave the go ahead for the work, Anthony had one of his electricians on site the following day. Fortunately the property was empty and Anthony was able to get his team on the job, working around other trades with no fuss. The work carried out is top class and Andrew and his team ensured I was aware of progress.

NICEIC We are accredited full scheme NICEIC members. The NICEIC is viewed as being the most prestigious 3rd party verification body in the UK when it comes to electrical verification. Not all customers know this but all electrical works carried out should be electrically tested and verified by a competent electrician and a certificate produced. Dependent upon the work carried out there is a requirement to report and log the works with the local authority. An electrician must be part of a 3rd party verification scheme to do this and NICEIC is seen as the best. To become full scheme members we are assessed annually. To maintain our membership we must meet a number of factors in the way we work, the qualifications we hold, levels of insurance and also our back office procedures and much more.
