  Full house rewire.

  Mark and his team were very helpful and consulted with us throughout the works. The next job we do will also probably involve Electricoles.

  Fitted electric shower

  Once again Mark has excelled. The shower is for a property we rent out and we left everything to Mark. After making one phone call Mark was left to contact the tenants and arrange everything. The next call I had was with pictures of the work completed. Its so nice finding a company we trust.

  Installation of integrated electric hob.

  Efficient service, polite and informative, excellent time keeping and kept within price approximated. I rarely write reviews, but took the time as I would highly recommend Mark Coles.

  General electrics through house

  Not very impressed with their workmanship and unlikely to use again. They made an incredible amount of mess throughout the entire house and did nothing to clear it up - no dust sheets anywhere and trampled the mess through the house. They were also late every day meaning I was left to waiting in all morning until lunchtime on occasion until they arrived and with no call or text from them keeping me informed.

We always strive to keep high standards and communication is of the upmost importance, due to this, on a daily basis the client is asked to review the work, give daily feedback and then the client is informed of the next work scheduled. If the customer had informed us or contacted us regarding any of the issues mentioned, we would have done our very best to rectify them. We pride ourselves on a high standard of workmanship and work hard to keep our customers happy, as our previous feedback shows.

  Full rewire - Victorian house

  Mark has just completed a full rewire on our Victorian property. We are not currently living in the area so have the added challenge of trying to manage the project at a distance. Mark has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, great communication, lots of emails, texts, phone calls and pictures of light fittings flying around, he made sure we were in the loop at all times! He had some great suggestions for things we hadn't thought of and really went above and beyond to help in anyway he could. I would highly recommend Mark and his team!

  New Electric Hob fitted

  Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Turned out not to be such a simple job than was expected but this did not phase him and was not fobbed off. He got on with the work and charged me a very reasonable and fair price. Very polite and hardworking. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone else.
