Knowledgeable, honest, and clear communication
Really great experience. The issue was with a microwave oven that had stopped working. He was extremely knowledgeable, quickly identified the fault, and clearly knew his stuff. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was kept informed at each step. He provided a very reasonable quote for the parts and the repair, with no pressure.
