  Really comprehensive and excellent work - I liked the fact that Paul did an introduction to our electrical system before undertaking the tasks, as well as arriving promptly and suggesting types of bulbs and how to dispose of them safely.

  Helped me over the phone numerous times to work out why my fuse box kept tripping

  So helpful over the phone to guide me with workings of my fuse box to work out where the fault was and how to get power back to the sockets in my home which was causing me some stress. He was happy for me to keep calling even though not being paid, and restored my faith in trade workers. Thank you.
