  Wasted call out

  Our dishwasher door spring snapped and I gave full details of the problem, model number etc to NAC Domestic Appliances who arranged the engineer’s visit. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable but had not checked the model number, parts availability etc until he arrived. He then announced that the parts were obsolete due to the dishwasher’s age so the appliance could not be repaired. He still charged a £96 call out fee and NAC are refusing a refund. A simple pre-visit check would have avoided the call out. The communication between NAC and Electro Services leaves a lot to be desired.

  Washing machine repair

  Came on time, was only a couple of days after discussing the job. We knew exactly what was wrong beforehand as pictures made it clear, so had a fully inclusive quote immediately. He came, did the quoted job and took good care of my appliance and the space around him in the kitchen. He was friendly, chatty, and explained what he’d done and why afterwards. Can’t fault him and would definitely use this company again. Would recommend to anyone.

  American fridge freezer repair

  I received a message soon after posting the job from the company to say the engineer could do the job and price. I was booked in for the next morning . I received a text to say he was on his way which I was very impressed with. He was very friendly professional and honest it didn't take him long to find the fault and gave us options on what he could do we trusted him to re-gas the fridge/freezer although he warned us it may not work. Can I say he saved us alot of money fixing it I would highly recommend him to anyone you get first class service from start to finish

  Element of fan oven replaced

  I was contacted within an hour of posting my job request and arranged an appointment the following day (Saturday). The engineer arrived promptly, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. The cost of replacing the element for my fan oven was very reasonable and I was given a quote for repair of the hob ignition but advised not to proceed with this (an inexpensive alternative was suggested). Highly recommended.

  Repair washing machine that would not drain.

  Accepted the job almost immediately after posting. Gave a time slop within 24 hours. Communication was excellent. arrived when said he would, quickly assessed and repaired. Very reasonable price. Can't fault. Will use again.
