    Kitchen sink tap issue

    Ralph was absolutely brilliant. Came out very promptly and checked the fault for us. Although he was unable to provide a solution, he gave us advice and guided us on how to proceed. Totally reliable and will definitely recommend. We will contact Ralph again in future for any additional plumbing work we may need.

    To fit a new shower and to replace a bathroom extractor fan.

    Ralph has completed many plumbing jobs for us. Today he was booked to fit a shower but when he arrived, I asked him if he could also replace an extractor fan that we had bought. Without any hesitation, Ralph took on the extra job for us. He is always obliging, knowledgeable and precise with his work. Each job is carried out to a very high standard. He is incredibly tidy and places dust sheets in the areas he is working in. He always changes to indoor shoes inside. His work is good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ralph for any plumbing/electrical jobs.

    Hot tank immersion heater stopped working

    Contacted Ralph via Checkatrade, seeing that he was self employed with 30 years' experience which certainly showed when he dropped in after a previous job to examine the problem prior to a possible full job booking. Quickly and thoroughly diagnosing the potential fault, he first checked and then replaced the thermostat but had also carried on his van a potential full replacement element and would have been happy to fit it there and then. Very personable manner, giving confidence of expertise.

    Replace 4 taps & a sink

    Ralph was very conscientious, thorough & with a wealth of experience. Looked for solutions., old school, trouble shoot, fix if possible not just replace. He also sorted an issue with a noisy drainage gurgle. He advised of a solution that might work tho couldn’t guarantee it. I decided to try it & it has solved the issue so very pleased!

    Bathroom refit.

    Ralph is absolutely amazing, only have 600 words to do review, which won't be enough but I can safely say, if you want perfection, going the extra mile, experience and knowledge, than this is your guy. Will be using again, definitely.
