  Looked for relevant trades people on check a trade and got a reply within 5 minutes (this was about 7.00 am in the morning!). I was informed they could do the job on the same day. All detectors were replaced on the same day with updated modern units. Excellent service

  It was the first time I'd used checkatrade as our previous electrician had retired and I was unsure who to contact. Mark replied the same day and I cannot fault him. He was reliable, punctual and knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy. What I quoted was what I paid which was very reasonable . I would definitely recommend this company and we will definitely use him again in the future.

  I would strongly recommend Mark for any electrical work. He was punctual, extremely pleasant and did a good job of connecting my cooker and extractor fan and fitting an outside plug socket. His charges were reasonable and he even gave me a £20 discount without even having to ask for it. After having so many cowboy trades people doing work on my house since recently moving to the area, Mark is a breath of fresh air and is coming back later this week to do more electrical jobs for me.
