  Recommend Elegance Construction

  We recently used Elegance Construction for a major renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They completed a 4m double-storey rear extension, a 3m single-storey rear extension, and a full house refurbishment to an exceptionally high standard. The project included new plumbing, a complete electrical rewire, underfloor heating, new stairs, internal doors, bathrooms, steel beams, a new roof, porch, patio, and driveway. Every aspect of the work was completed with great attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.

  Efficient. Trustworthy excellent Builder

  Mr Bhupinder and his team are in the process of renovating my house in Radlett. I live in Norfolk and it is very difficult for us to travel so far to inspect the work as often as possible. But Bhupinder has been extremely good and efficient in his work and has been doing the work so well although we haven’t been able to go there often. Very trustworthy and fast and efficient work. There is lots happening in this renovation work, which will take around 6 months, but we totally trust his work and he treats this work as his own.   Downstairs Extension and lots of renovation work (kitchen, bathrooms hallway, etc.)

  We’re really pleased with the extension and renovation work done on our home. The team turned up on time every day, worked hard, and were always friendly and respectful. Bhupinder was great to deal with—always available when we needed him and quick to respond to any questions. The finish is high quality and we’re very happy with how everything turned out.   Professional and immaculate finish

  I’ve worked with many builders, and this team stood out for their professionalism and flexibility throughout the refurbishment, handling planning and conservation restrictions with ease. They were reasonable on out-of-scope works, delivered on budget, and produced an immaculate finish. Highly recommended. Scope of works: New roof, full refurbishment, movement of internal structure including installation of steel beams, full re-plastering, new plumbing, new bathroom, new electrics, external rendering, external patio, and repointing of existing bricks.

  Professional, Reliable and Excellent Value

  Full ground floor refurbishment of 1973 detached house, plumbing, electrics, Orangery extension, new kitchen, new utility, flooring throughout and installation of bedroom ensuite. Bupinder and his team were professional and reliable. Respectful of our home as we lived on-site and so it was important that the project came in on time as well as on budget. Bupinder was a great collaborator and helped with ideas and timings throughout the project to ensure work was completed to a high standard according to the design and was finished in a timely fashion.
