Jake is reliable, efficient and does outstanding work. I would 100% book him again. He came out to an emergency on New Year's Eve (when no-one else would) and immediately stopped our leak. After that, to mend the problem, nothing was too much trouble, even though it was a bank holiday and the parts needed weren't standard. Jake tracked them down, came back a couple of times as needed and went the extra mile in getting things sorted quickly. I'm really happy with his work; the repair is perfect and he left everything clean and tidy. Jake is friendly and professional, and I highly recommend him.
