Worst experience! Initially very professional. Provided brochures and demonstrated good knowledge in relation to stoves and fitting. Currently on week 10 of my journey with this company, I don’t have a living room, my carpets are ruined, the owner has over charged for products. Fitters have pulled out doing any work for the owner as she is in debt. The owner owes myself money, reports this was transferred via a bank transfer I have never received. Owner is a compulsive liar! Swore in texts at myself just not professional! Honestly one of the most stressful times of my life. Avoid!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Returned goods and not received all of our money back. Trading standards contacted and consumer advice assisting with our claim as Elegant fires who confirmed total refund was due is now ignoring emails. Save yourself the time and in our case the money and go elsewhere.

Guys are pleasant and helpful , nothing is too much bother, workmanship is spot on and time keeping is good. Would highly recommend them for supply and fitting of log burners.
