Elektra de-installed my EV charger as part of a house move. The electrician that carried out the job was punctual, polite and efficient. Mike was really helpful in organising the work, we were uncertain of the date as we were in a fairly long chain, but he was really flexible and always responded swiftly to my messages. Thank you, Elektra, for providing an excellent level of service.

Checkatrade's website crashed when submitting the last review so in brief Elektra only electricians who understood the job, communicated well, priced sensibly, did not try to BS their way into extra work. The electrician was very pleasant, answering all our questions and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Asking Elektra to quote for another job.

Quick response to initially enquiry. Excellent communication throughout the process from initial enquiry through to receipt of the invoice once the work had been completed. Quote was clear and competitive. Engineer arrived on time and was polite and courteous at all times. Work was completed to a very high standard and I would definitely use Elektra for any future projects.

Fast to respond and booked me in for cable replacement same week after some accidental damage. Found and fixed a few imperfections from the original installers on the cable run and full safety check carried out prior to handover. Done in 3 hours to a high standard and perfectly acceptable rates for professionals- very happy and would use again.

Straight forward and painless. Great as they are local. Came out to house to estimate quickly and followed up professionally. Arrived when said they would and sent over all certification without prompting (building control, etc). Handled paperwork and comms with electricity board. Electrician who did job was polite and approachable.
