Bradley was extremely responsive, polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what was need and provided a clear and transparent cost. We had to go with our builders electrician in the end just due to timings, but would not hesitate to reach out to Bradley in future. We appreciated his honest advice and would highly recommend him.

Bradley was excellent. Phone was answered straight away, sensible advice was offered over the phone, and when that didn’t solve the issue, Bradley attended as arranged, identifying and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently, replacing the switch. He also provided photos showing the fault for my info (I was out of the house at the time he carried out the repair). Electrical certification was provided in a timely manner after installation. Courteous and efficient service. If we need any further electrical work carried out, we’ll be straight back to Element Electrical.

Electrician arrived promptly, explained everything he was going to complete in relation to the fuse box repair/service. Upon completion, everything was fully functional and the details of all the works carried out fully explained to us. We were provided with an electrical certificate confirming all the work and service details. We were impressed and pleased by the great workmanship. A very professional and friendly/trustworthy service, at a reasonable price. We would most certainly recommend this Electrician/company to other customers. A credit to his profession and company.

Excellent communication and timekeeping. Troubleshooting power issues from previous installations. Completed the work on time and tidied & removed all product packaging. Ensured we knew the operation of everything he installed before leaving.

We had Brad and Jack from Element complete the rewire of our 4 bed house in Bracknell. The team were efficient, always tidied up after themselves and were very transparent the whole way through. The job was completed within the timeframe given, within the quote provided and to a very high standard. Very pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend the team!
