Just a boiler service but as usual grant was polite, courteous and helpful.

Grant arrived and all the way through kept me informed. I had had a number of issues from the original installer and Grant quickly found these and rectified the issues. Grant gave me coat options which were very reasonably priced and he could complete the additional work for me too. Grant communicated well, was incredibly tidy and even removed his shoes as I have carpets. Was also good with my dog whom we introduce to all trades as this stops the follow on barking. I have recommended Grant to my neighbours as being trustworthy, timely, communicative, pleasant and knowledgeable are key
