Very approachable company, kept me informed at each stage, explained the process, worked well with the rendering company keeping the process going. Had a whole new main roof plus lower extension roof, new guttering, fascias,soffit and seagull deterrent spikes put on stacks. Looks amazing and competitive in price too

From start to finish the job was completed by a group of cheerful boys. The work was carried out professionally with every aspect explained clearly.We would highly recommend this firm to any of our friends and family and these will be our first port of call in any emergency in future can’t praise them enough all very polite and nice to know at a very reasonable price as well

Last year had 2 unhappy roofing work experiences. Observed. neighbour having new roof work completed by Dean (Element Roofing). On that basis employed him for similar job. Best decision in ages. Good price, slick, efficient polite team, clean tidy site, excellent communications, dealt efficiently with paperwork, some beyond the call of duty. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Contacted Dean for a roof job. He responsed very promptly and answered all my questions clearly. I wanted a building control compliance certificate and insurance backed guarantee for the new roof which he sorted out promptly. He updated me with photos and videos of work progress. Dean is friendly, hardworking and professional. Would not hesitate to contact him for future jobs.
