Initially great communication, very keen to take on job. Work carried out by a lovely lad working for the company. No concerns with work carried out. Requested certificate after invoice was paid, was told this would be delayed. Messaged owner as potentially needed further work doing (socket issue) and to chase certificate, no response. Messaged again 2 months later and again message ignored and no response. Will avoid in the future. Doesn’t seem interested in smaller jobs/provided appropriate certificates.

From the initial conversation Mark explained exactly how the works would be carried out and from that I got the impression that this company puts the customer first, I wasn’t wrong as the job was carried out with the upmost professionalism backed up with nightly contact from Mark making sure everything was alright and that I was happy with how it was going , always happy to answer questions and on more than one occasion change the initial plan to suit a change of mind from myself, at the end of the job the house was left neat, tidy and with no mess, cannot recommend this company highly enough,

Called up with regards to a small electric shower issue. Able to book an appointment within 48 hours at a time convenient to myself. Issue resolved and fixed within an hour and a very competitive price.
