Brick up a fireplace, plaster wall and replace skirting board.
Frank of Elexitech did a great job. We'd had a gas fire removed and wanted the fireplace it had been in bricking up (with an air brick for ventilation) and the whole wall re-plastering. The job was completed in two days per the original estimate and price. We're very pleased with the results. Frank is a nice guy and has an impressive skillset. Recommended.

Full replacement of existing kitchen extension
Frank's team completed a difficult project on time and within budget. The attention to detail and consideration shown were outstanding throughtout, with many unseen problems overcome and the finished work brightening the whole home.

Fitting lights and heating to a garden gazebo
Frank was a complete pro. Communicated his arrival time and on seeing the job revised his plans on the spot to create a far better and less intrusive solution so we couldn’t see any cabling. The work is really neat .

Repair kitchen ceiling damaged by rainwater.
Elexitech Ltd was one of the few companies who visited my flat to inspect my damaged ceiling before quoting to fix it. Once hired, they replaced the damaged plasterboard and replastered it to a smooth finish over a single Saturday. Their decorator then repainted the entire ceiling and affected walls a few days later, once the plaster had dried. (Great job colour-matching the wall-paint too!) They even brought their own vacuum cleaner with them, and wiped surfaces clean before they left each day. The finished ceiling looks seamless, and I am very happy with their work.

Demolition and rebuilding of an extension, fitting a new kitchen and laying a patio
Frank and his team did a great job of building our extension and fitting a new kitchen. They were reliable and tidy, and did a great job of everything involved including construction, electrics, decorating, fitting a kitchen and laying a patio. They were friendly and approachable and kept us well informed of progress at all times. We're really pleased with the quality of the work and have no hesitation in recommending them.
