Great service start to finish. Sunny & colleague came to look at the job & turned up on time (rarer than it sounds!). They were pleasant, courteous & very clear communicators. The cost turned out a little higher than the 'ballpark' quote but I was fine with that; it was promptly communicated & still reasonable. The team who fitted the bifold doors also turned up promptly & were professional, friendly & good communicators. The doors look lovely. ELG send a customer pack including installation guarantee & aftercare information & give an insurance-backed guarantee. I recommend ELG very highly.

The team at ELG were absolutely brilliant. We needed to replace our old single glazed wooden sash windows (including a bay) on our terraced house and got quotes from a few companies. ELG not only were the nicest people I came across, but also did not do any hard selling and, as a bonus, came in the cheapest. I was a little nervous about that but I needn’t have been - the installation team were superb and the product supplied is great. No issues at all and the finish is perfect. Really happy with the job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
