Used these people and asked for them to Level the Two Hedges in Height, make Vertical the large hedge on the front, trim all others, Two Men arrived at gone 4pm and left in 40 minutes, the Equal Height was not done as stated, also I trimmed all around which was left, they asked for a picture which I did, nothing was sorted but George keeps sending mails for payment. We have informed him that NO payment will be made and that our Lawyer agrees until work has been done. They seem to be Money Oriented Company. We will NOT be Recommending them or using them again.

We asked them to cut both Hedges the same Height which was not done, the Team came and was here less than an hour and left without saying anything to us like is it alright, poor Customer Service, I had to go around cutting various pieces off, we are still awaiting someone to cut the other hedge down in Height to match the other, they are Charging £168 for the work and time above. Thought they were Professional but not as witness. Not very happy with the MD George. We are going away and told them that they can still do the work. He requested a picture to which I did, he said they Hurried.

I had a quote for this work done by Elias Gardening. It was supposed to be 2 men for a morning. 1 came an hour late (which was fine as someone was apparently off sick). Sadly, after doing about an hours work (about 1/8th of the job), they left without contacting me. I followed-up to zero response except for an invoice. I am so disappointed with this service as we waited for 5 weeks for them to come and we had guests that weekend. Common courtesy goes a long way if a job cannot be completed to specification or in the correct timeframe. Such a shame.

Their team team did a great job at reducing a large Laurel. Professional and clear communication throughout was refreshing.

George and his team did a great job of our hedges and fences. Will definitely use again.
