Excellent and speedy job. Very knowledgeable and pointed out the damage that had been done to the lock that needed repairing.

Lovely guy came to change three locks for us and also replace a window handle, work done quick and explained everything, nice guy not in a rush and had a good chat too. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a locksmith.

My doors mechanism had failed leaving the door unable to open. John came the next day and sorted it out. Gave a couple of options, few bits of advice and also adjusted the hinges on my patio doors for me too. This is the second time I’ve used the company - the lock on the door failed 3 years ago (but he reused that this time) and I genuinely can’t fault the service. Highly recommend.

Lock on pvc front door needed replacing. Rang on Saturday, they came on Monday. Gave insight & reassurance on the phone. Communicated clearly before arriving & did a great job at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

We booked John to take a look at our composite front door. The handle dropped and was crunchy. I was worried it would fail and we wouldn't be able to secure the house. John immediately identified a fault in the cartridge which he was able to replace. He then identified and rectified several issues caused the by original fitters which we contributing to our door problems. We used to have to shoulder barge the door into the frame to shut it but now a single finger will close it! It's honestly never been this good! Highly recommend Elite365.
