  Been using Dan for a couple of years now. Always pleasent and quick to respond and provides a professional service. Started when I had a couple of contractors try to fix my gates to no success, Dan came and diagnosed the problem straight away. Have since used Elite Access for a couple of roller shutter installations and needless to say a great service was provided each time. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

  Dan responded promptly to my request for help with gates not working. Subsequently Dan and his team did an excellent job of removing and reinstalling electric wooden gates with all new equipment. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan patiently dealt with my many queries. A professional job all round.

  From the start Danny showed amazing customer service and knowledge. His quote was instantly competitive. Every interaction was a pleasure. Arriving promptly, identifying issues and fixing them and left the driveway spotless each day. The job was meant to take just over a day but a problem with the intercom system (manufacturer issue) stopped the gates from working. He contacted them and stayed behind for the entire day to make sure the job was competed. Most would have gone and come back another time. I can’t recommend or rate him Highly enough.
