The company done everything expected of them, on time, job complete and no mess

The office told me the plumber would come in the afternoon and messaged me half an hour before he arrived. The plumber, Andy, was pleasant and communicative. He finished the job in a couple of hours and left the area clean and tidy.

Replaced two bathroom taps and a basin.

Excellent service given, oven was fitted and checked quickly and efficiently. The lads were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Elite.

The price was cheaper than competitors too and the honesty and candor of everyone involved was refreshing. Great help Came out short notice when my boiler packed up tried to repair a few different times with various parts - communication was top notch throughout. Ultimately I needed a new boiler, Shaun and the team supplied and fitted within a short timescale and priced very. On top of that, I was given a full demonstration on how to use the new boiler and have been in touch for further support since which has always been give. Great company that I would 100% recommend
