  I had my bathroom done by Mick & Rikki in June and they did a phenomenal job of it! I had the whole room stripped out from top to bottom. Not only did they give me the modern, yet simple bathroom I asked for, they kept me in the loop from start to finish with everything they were doing. I would 100% recommend Elite to anyone wanting any jobs done. They are extremely efficient, respectful & go above and beyond! I will not go be going to anyone else in the future. Thank you both for being so patient and understanding with me!!

  Removal of wall and cupboard & complete new bathroom suite and tiled.

  I had Elite building in to knock out a wall, cupbords, bath suite door frames etc. Rikki's price was very reasonable compaired to other quotes I had recieved & went for him and his company due to good feedback. I cannot thank this guy and his team enough for the professionalism throughout. Our new bathroom is beautiful now and it looks stunning. I would highly recommend Rikki Flood and his company to anyone who wants quality workmanship. If I had more letters available to me I would detail all they did. We want our kitchen done now & will be back in touch with Elite building in a few months.

  Kitchen renovation

  Elite were very professional in their approach to the project. They listened to the requirements and suggested alternative options to the design. They provided all the necessary trades as required either by themselves or other contractors. The project require demolition, new electrics and plumbing plastering as well as carpentry and kitchen fitting. They were on site without a break from start to finish which was a pleasant surprise for a small builder. They reacted positively and promptly to problems as they occurred with no fuss. Extras were at minimal cost. Affordable quote. Very pleased

  The team at Elite were always punctual. They were flexible in dealing with modifications & improvements needed on the job & communicated well. They were polite to my neighbours, clean & tidy & delivered everything they promised. They enjoyed their work & wanted the best finish possible for me.

  Demolishing Lean-To and laying new Concrete Base

  Rikki and his team were most professional, polite, and kept me informed of progress of this project. There was a minor hiccup on the start date but this was dealt with quickly. The standard of work was high and they even showed up very early on a Saturday on the final day to remove the shuttering on the concrete. I would definitely recommend them.
